I must be in a contemplative mood as both posts on both blogs seem to be running on a theme. This is what happens when you start opening old files on your computer. I came across a few pages entitled 'Notes to Self'. I have no recollection of who, what, where, when and why but it seems like a good time to share them. The trick for this one was to find an image from my files that conveyed the message from below. Time stood still when I took this shot. I was in Botswana, the sun was setting with only the sounds of the bush in the background. You could not help but feel the rhythm, feel the moment and pray to god that nothing was behind you!
'The soul requires duration of time--rich, thick, deep, velvety time--and it thrives on rhythm. Soul can't be hurried or harried...We may go through many events in the day and experience nothing because the soul has not had the opportunity to feel them from many different points of view.'
And that is my thought for today :)
